Symposium fee includes:
- admission to scientific sections, poster area and exhibition,
- symposium bag (including abstract and programme book),
- coffee breaks and lunches,
- social events (welcome reception, Lodz City Tour, symposium dinner).
Deadline for registration and abstract submission
Registration will be possible through this symposium website beginning 1 March 2019.
Deadlines for registration and abstract submission:
- for oral presentations is 30 June 2019
- for poster presentations is 30 June 2019
The confirmation of symposium participation – 15 July 2019.

Important notes: Presentations will be included into the Book of Abstracts only after having received full payment of the registration fee.

In order to receive an invoice for participation in the symposium please provide your invoice details (Institution/Company details: Institution/Company full name, address and VAT/TAX identification number) during the registration process.
Invoice (paper invoice) will be sent after the payment is received on the symposium account.
